All was clean, I appreciated very good location and staff.

I liked this hotel, it was fully booked. Fashionable room, soundproof with luxurious bathrooms. The pool was amazing and the garden - nice.

Budget room with free wifi. Fresh fruit, omelet, eggs, sausages and cheese where healthy and overall there was plenty of food.

The central location, helpful staff - interesting hotel.

Common rooms plus newly renovated beds, flexible staff. We liked the continental breakfast - totally free. Service in the hotel was TOP-NOTCH too. Premium tea and coffee in the outdoor bar, secure parking place. Had a very positive stay here.

charming old hotel, superb service & exceptional staff. lots of supplies in the room: closet space and two tvs. unique location, short walk to state street, downtown chicago and shops, however the area was such bad. fast check-in, late check-out.
